  1. Why VP Harris won't put any policy and goals in writing is that she doesn't really know what to say. She is counting on the convention to tell her what her positions are. Now she is saying what is needed to try to undermine President Trump, exposing her pre v ious beliefs in the process. She is an empty bucket waiting to be filled.
