IQ tests actually measure education and experience, not actual intelligence. For an example if the peoples that we used to call Eskimos created an IQ test, very few of the high scorers would get high scores. Traditionally these peoples had 55 different words for types of snow that they recognized, essential for survival. How well would one of the "civilized" world do on a test based on the knowledge that they would consider desirable? Early in the 20th Century, researchers showed traditional African tribal people black and white movies (no color at the time), these were of scenes and animals that they would encounter in their everydY life. They couldn't identify anything. Why, two dimensional and no color clues,, were they stupid,, NO! Just exposed to something that was beyond their experience. They could not really do well on an IQ test based on math, science or even music or art that they had neither education or experience of. This over emphasis on standardized tests that aren't setup for the population being tested helps creates myths of intellectual inferiority. The narrator i n this video constantly references education as if it is a measure of intelligence, the question should be what are you testing for, education and experience for your environment or theirs.
