  1. One: like flying wings, until our modern electronics and mini computers; flying wings were too unstable for human and mechanical control. If something like this existed, I suspect whoever got the materials still can't actually control the device; and therefore nothing has been provided. The highest classification used by the US is Top Secret, Sensitive Compartmented Access (SCI). If they got something like this, it would be under this classification; and only those actually working on it (if anyone) would know about it; and they won't leak. The background check for it is very complete.
