  1. He stopped a speech to allow the medic to work and then after recognizing the medics work; he resumed his speech. Could or would President Biden (OBribeMe) do that ? I don't think so.

  2.  @amberam7437  Yes, you have a point, President Biden (OBribeMe) doesn't do rallies. Considering how often he loses track, or has a loss for words during his few press gatherings and getting lost on stage (from his apparent wandering and excessive guidance from helpers) a rally with its noise and distractions would result in a disaster.
