  3. One shooter? Two or more shooters? Was it a shoot out between two individuals or groups? Check out Maryland's gun laws. They are some of the strongest anti carry laws. What does a firearms manufacturer have to deal with sales to individuals, remember firearms from a manufacturer are controlled by the Federal Government from the point of manufacture to it is sold. From the mayor's comments, I suspect multiple shooters. Do something about the shooters. Yes something has to give, the liberal mind set needs to give into reality.
