  1. I suspect that as they say it came in from France. The last I heard the Swiss took in fewer Moslem refugees; and the Swiss aren't likely to put up with this. Universal military service existed for decades (I believe no longer in effect); however when you complete service you can arrange to keep your weapon, including fully auto ones. Rioting has a hugh chance of being hazardous to the rioters' health.
