  1. It was know for more than a decade that the PRC was allowing people to by stock with only 10% of the cost and that could be backed with real-estate that was assessed at paper not real value. Add in the fact that governmental debt at all levels is at least equal to the total US debt all levels; but with even less GNP. So, their stock market there has been greatly inflated, and once the property sector crashes, the stock market will collapse in other areas.

  2. I forgot to add that the 10% was only allowed PRC based companies to do this.

  3. Your right, the PRC needs an outside enemy to distract "Old Hundred Names" from the government in its failure.
