So far, what I do know is that aman who had a assault conviction for assaulting an elderly woman, had a warrant pending for assault, had 43 other arrests and or convictions was on a subway car making threats and acting in a disturbed manner. Did he need to be restrained? DEFINITELY!! Was rhe chokehold held too long, the evidence is not available yet. Do I consider the "demonstrators" conduct criminal, in many cases, yes. Your right to demonstrate doesn't allow you the right to violate others' rights; or in the case of the subway car where they prevented people from leaving, the right to illegally detain them.

One mistake and reform i accept easily, two gets harder, 44 and counting is unacceptable. While we don't follow the same rules for humans as animal, what would you do to a dog that bit or attacked people multiple times. We can't do that to humans; but at some point when need to keep human predators away from the lol population. Remember the wild west wasn't wild because of guns, but rather the lack of effective law.
