  1. Who were the passengers ? I suspect that she may have contributed to her own death by her choice of who she associated with. That doesn't excuse her death, but it does indicate that if you want to be safe, stay away from people who live a life style that could make them targets.

  3. The usual report of a tragedy,, sympathy for the victims a n d their families. I have to say that New Jersey has strong gun control laws, so probably an illegally possessed firearm. Additionally, if my memory serves me correctly, it is hard to get a carry permit; so probably illegally carried. The next questions are who threw the party and what type of people attended?
