  1. Certain drugs, including one of the liberals legalization dreams, can take a person with this problem quickly over the edge. Since this disorder isn't readily identifiable to the sufferer, they may not realized that the drug is a problem that can tip a person over the line. Why certain chemical warfare research into disabling agents were discontinued since the results couldn't be predetermined and could be violent which is the opposite of the goal of the program.
