  1. 5SFE? Seemed to get crappier as they were fitted to the later Camrys. Overheating, leaking oil, and just generally more unpleasant - never quite figured out why, but also noisier and more gutless than the earlier version. Old one did 400000km, ran a big-end massively but I drove it for weeks afterwards, (with the stereo set on max),, next one 350000km, then the nifty final one struggled to make it to 200000km. Just kept getting hot and leaky. Grrrr! Kind of the end of Toyotas for me, really. ?
