  1. They're bastard engines when they go wrong, 3.7 or 4.7. I dodged a bullet on my last Grand Cherokee - it got hot in traffic, and started to play up from that point. In NZ, $5K minimum to replace both heads. Sold it, never buying another Jeep. That was number 4. Enough.
