  2. They DID make a Mk II 2500 PI - I know, as I drove a dark red one in Palmerston North. I also saw others around. The one I drove was fast for it's time, but apparently, according to the owner, it was still very unreliable, requiring constant attention to the injection system. Ancient history, I guess, and I always prefered the look of the Mk II.
