  5.  @Doberman296  Who is Russia to demand anything in the first place? Why should we care about Russia's excuses and sensitive feelings if Russia never cared for ours? Is it Eastern Europe's master or what? We owe Russia nothing. Eastern Europeans have their own security concerns and that is why they joined Nato. To be secured from Russia's aggression. Putin does not like Nato because Nato stops his sick ideas. It is not soviet backyard anymore. Get over it.

  8.  @yellowtunes2756  Yanukowiich was voted out by Ukrainian parlament, he lost support of his own party. Ukraine is not Russia. Freedom of movement is one thing while grabbing and invading your neghbors is the other. Do not mix it. You can not simply take somebody else's land just because you say "it is yours from now on". People of Donbas and Crimea are people living in Ukraine because these are parts of Ukrainian territory. Ukraine's polictcal path and pact choice is one of Russia's bussines and none of Putin's decission. He should have stayed in his palaces instead of invading independent state in the name of his own ego and legacy.

Other country's pact choice is none of Putin's decission. Nato never invaded Russia. Russia simply loves inavding her neighbors everytime it can.

  12.  @Doberman296  It is Russia which has a loooong record of abusing its Eastern European neighbors, not the opposite. Russia is neither super power nor a special need baby and Nato is not a reason for Putin. It is an excuse only. It is not about Nato. Ukraine had no chance to join anyway. It is about Ukraine and Putin's legacy. If Russia does not like Nato at her borders, Russia should stop giving Eastern European countries good reasons to join Nato.

It is so easy to give up somebody else''s land. Why don't you give up yours? What kind of logic is that? Dictators always want more. Stop looking for excuses for Russia. Russia has never been friendly and Putin has always wanted Ukraine back. He considers Ukrainians to be "little Russians" only. They are not. Deal with it.

  21.  @richardkent2014  Poland and Hungary were forced to live under soviet influence but those countries have never been soviet republics. Hungary and Poland were not parts of USSR. These were soviet puppets but still separate states unlike Belarus or Georgia for exampe.

Yanukovich refused to sign deal with EU,lost support of his own party, was voted out by Ukrainian parlament and run to Moscow. Ukraine is not russian backyard.   23.  @Doberman296  Nobody was going to invade Russia. Is North Korea considered to be a super power just because of its nuclear arsenal? Russia's gdp is Spain's gdp and 1 out of 4 has no inside toilet. Eastern Europeans did what was the best for them. They knew Russia would come back one day and Russia proved them right. They turned their back on Russia for a reason so maybe Russia should look in the mirror and ask herself why so many former Warsaw pact countries run to Nato as qucily as they could. It is not because Russia is so friendly. Russia is not the only one to have nuclear arsenal. Are you aware of that? Putin and people around him love their luxury life and has no will to end it. Eastern Europeans are laughing everytime they hear russian threats. It is getting boring. They are used to it. They do not pay atention anymore. They are right. They simply know Russia.
