  8. Nato does not expand by force unlike USSR. Its a choice made by every state and Putin has no right to tell other countries which pacts they can or can not join. Central and Eastern Europe, Baltic States it's not his backyard anymore.

  25. Nato did not force anybody to join. Oral promises do not caunt. Actions and papers signed do. Russia had no right to tell what other independent countries can or can not do. They were the only one to decide. Central, Eastern Europe, Baltic States it's not Russia's slave anymore, It's not Russia's backyard.
