@redtale6527 USSR started WWII side by side Germans. They BOTH invaded Poland in september 1939 and held JOINED victory parade. USSR was anything but a liberator for Eastern Europe.

@ It is easy to give up somebody else's land and freedom, right? Greetings form Eastern Euope. We know for sure Russia is anything but peace. It is another regime.

@piratesofthebarentssea Is that what russian state media tells you? Keep living in your matrix. Poland was still there. It did not "cease to exist". Watch Poland's FM speech in UN. Watch pictures of that joined parade he had showed to russian officials in UN. It is funny how Russians thing they "liberated Poland". For many Poles they were no better than Germans back then.

@ USSR was Germany's ally till 1941. Russians love taking all WWII soviet glory and skipping its dark sides.

@Lies, lies and more lies. There was joined parade and there was a hidden point to invade and split Poland. Poland never stopped existing. Polish people were still fighting. USSR did not leave Poland. Soviet troops were in Poland untill 1991. Stop pretending angels and liberators.How would you call Katyn Massacre committed by Soviets on Polish people in 1940? Family picnic?

What we have now is 1938 when one naive dude tried to please a dictator and hoped he would calm down. It did not stop war. It was exactly the opposite.
