@davidcritchley3509 If Russia was a good neighbour, there would be no need to join Nato to be secured. Guess what? Russia's neighbours security does matter. War in Ukraine was never about Nato. Nato never invaded Russia. It is Russia which loves invading and annexing its neighbours just because it can. It is about Putin's ego. Nato is as excuse. Nato is at Russia's borders for decades and would never invade country with nukes. Putin hates Nato because he can not invade and annex Nato member neighbours. Russia had no reason. Russia has excuses only. Putin wants Ukraine. If Ukraine had been in Nato, Putin would have never invaded it it the first place. Putin does not consider Ukraine to be a real state.
