Russia loves playing angels, victims and liberators while Russia is anything but. What should Ukraine do to make Putin happy? Stop existing in the name of Putin's ego?   3. USSR invaded Poland on 17th of september 1939 and committed Katyn massacre of 22 000 Polish people in 1940, USSR was Hitler's ally till 1941. People keep forgetting USSR and Nazi Germany had a pact to split Poland which they did and USSR was anything but liberator. Besides Russia loves taking all WWII glory and always skips its dark sides. Soviet victims of WWII were not only Russians. They were also Ukrainians for example. Russia has been invading and anexing its neighbours for centuries and this is why Russia is so huge in terms of land.   30. And did you ask yourself why so many former soviet satelite states and Warsaw pact members joined Nato as quicly as they could? They were not forced. They applied to join because they knew Russia, had no trust, they knew Russia would never change and they were right.
