  12.  @pacivalmuller9333  Yanukovich stopped Ukraine's EU membership. He refused to sign deal with EU. He was voted out by Parlament. All Nato members need to agree to let another country join. Both Germany and France did not agree. Nato does not want countries with border issues to join. Ukraine had no chance to join since Russia started making mess in Crimea and Donbas. Before 2014 Ukrainians had no will to join either.
