@christophehiguet7838 It never was and never will be. With or without Putin. Russia's neighbours know Russia is always more or less the same. It has a break from time to time. That is all. Stop being naive.

@HollyBlackburn-mf1qd Here in Poland we know It is Russia and USSR which created Putin, not the opposite. Russia has never been a democratic country. There are a few good people in Russia I know it, but most Russians are raised to be passive. Moscow or St Petersburg is not whole of Russia. It is an exeption, not a rule.
