  34. USSR started WWII side by side Germany. Soviets invaded Poland on 17th of september 1939. They had a pact with Germany to invade and split Poland. They held joined victory parade with Germans. They were allies will 1941. Also soviets killed 22 000 Polish people in Katyn forest in 1941. USSR was anything but a liberator.

Ukraine is not even Nato member. Ukraine had no wll to join before 2014 and no chance to join Nato after 2014 so Russia must look in the mirror. Nato is an excuse for Putin, not a reason. Eastern Europe is not russian backyard and if Russia was a good neighbor there would be no need to join Nato in order to be safe. Putin invades non Nato neighbors only.He can not face article 5 of Nato and he knows it. If Ukraine had been in Nato. Russia would have never invaded Ukraine. Blaming Russia's neighbors for joining Nato is like blaming a victim for caliing the police. USA is a super power. Russia is anything but. Stop demanding. We owe Russia nothing.
