@denisgorjunov Joining Nato was a choice while being Warsaw pact country was not. Can you see main difference?

@LCJammer Neither EU nor Nato is a country.

@kurosai006ichigo3 Belarus isin fact a part of Russia, in is a separate state by name only and Lukashenko can not even go to toilet without asking Putin for his permission. Eastern Europe is not Russia's buffer. They applied to join both Nato and voted to be EU members. They have transparent election and free media unlike Belarus with the same dude in power for almost 30 years. Russia does not own Eastern Eure. If Russia was a good neighbour, there would be no need to join Nato to be secured. Putin knows he can not invade Nato neighbours. War in Ukraine is not about Nato. Nato is an excuse for Putin. Putin wants to annex Ukraine. We are done with Russia's demands. Russia is anything but super power. It is cheap gas station with Kalifornia's gdp so why should we care about Russia's demands?

@dda4966 So it s better to be Russia's slaves in your opinion? We have been there before. Never again. USA did not invade or annex Eastern Europe. We joined Nato because we wanted to be secured and we are unlike Ukraine which is not Nato member state.

He puts in prison, hurts or poisons every opponent and critic. What a "lovely and charming man" he must be.

@gaborrajnai6213 It is not Lukashenko's nukes
4
Russian nukes must as poor as russian army in Ukraine. I do not worry.

@karantikoo9302 What would happen to countries like Lithuania or Latvia which were soviet republics at one point if they had no Nato protection? Look at Ukraine and you have your answer. If your country borders Russia neutrality is pure utopia. Being independent and free to choose who you want to be allied with is not the same as being neutral or being blind for russian crimes.

@michaelotieno6524 USSR s gone but Russia still claims to be Eastern Europe's mster which so called "security concerns" (or Putin's paranoia and excuses, I should say) are more important than other country's right to decide, independence and borders. Eastern Europe's history proves it right. However, even if we put it aside Ukraine is an independent country as well. Russia was supposed to respect its independence and borders according to Budapest Memorandum. Ukrainians are free people. They are not soviet backyard anymore, they are not Russia's buffer and Russia itself is neither a special need baby nor a super power to demand anything from Ukraine.

@gaborrajnai6213 It is not even Lukashenko's country anymore. It belongs to Putin and Lukashenko himself knows it.
2
It is not even his country anymore. It is in fact a part of Russia with Putin in the office.

Is that what you are being told by RT chanel, Ivan ? Poor braiwashed you. We do not think about Russia 24/7. We have better things to do.
1
Joke of the year.
1
USA did ot annex Cuba. Russia is annexing Ukraine. It is not about nukes. It is about Russia's never ending greed and Putin's ego. Putin wants Ukraine. Nukes is an excuse.
1
@gaborrajnai6213 Neither Romania nor Poland has nukes. This is bs.
1
@dda4966 You have no clue about Eastern Europe's history, don't you? Ally is not a slave. Lukashenko is Putin's slave. Losers stick together.
1
@Lalala33331 Turn RT chanel off. It hurts your brain. Ukrainians know Russia has nothing to offer exept for war, poverty, hunger, rapes. Neutrality is pure utoia if your country bordrs Russia. You can become Russia's victim like Ukraine, Russia's puppet like Belarus or Nato members like Baltic States and Poland. Nobody in right mind wants to have anything in common with Russia. Who is Russia today? Cheap gas station and Pariah State.
1
@cuc6410 Rusophobia is in fact being badly experienced by Russia in the past.
1
Is that what you are being told on RT chanel? Poor brainwashed you.

USA did not invade Ukraine. Both Russia and Belarus did. Invading and annexing your neighbour's land is not "a balance".
1
@danchokonstantinov6735 Russian nukes are as poor and pathetic as russian army in Ukraine. More land does not mean more power. Russia today is anything but super power. It is weak corrupt, poor state and cheap gas station which can not stand nobody is afraid of it anymore. Russia's time of glory is long time over. Its gdp sucks, many Russians do not even have toilet at home, more ruined land to provide is not a win.
1
Belarus is anything but sovereign And who is Russia to tell Ukraine if it can or can not join Nato?
1
@gaborrajnai6213 USSR was a super power but it is gone and Russia is the only one not to understand it yet. Today It is cheap gas station only
1
@gaborrajnai6213 Russian nukes are as poor as russian army in Ukraine. It would destroy Russia itself instead of any other country. Russian threats are getting boring. Nobody is afraid of Russia anymore.
1
If your country borders Russia there is no such thing as neutrality. You can become Russia's victim, puppet or Nato member.
1
It was not a coup. People of Belarus are sick and tired of Lukashenko for a reason. It is their own will to get rid of him.
