@austinsmith3011 If Russia was a good neighbour, all those former Warsaw Pact countries would have no need to join Nato. They are sick and tired of Russia for a reason and they know Russia better than most of you ever will. Coutries like Poland and Baltic States have been warning. Coutries like Germany kept saying "Oh, you are so oversensitive". We are not rusophobic, we are rusoexperienced.

@TheOpenedScrollMinistry Some did say the same about Poland back in 1939. It did not end up well. Dictators never stop, they never calm down.

It reminds me of not wanting to die for Poland in 1939. "Where is Poland? Who cares about piece of Chechoslovakia?" Well...It did not end up well.

@SweBeach2023 Russia did invade Georgia in 2008, Russia took Crimea in 2014, Russia invaded whole of Ukraine in 2022. Late Polish president Lech Kaczynski said in 2008 "First Georgia, then Ukraine and later it may be my country". I was not his fan but Polish people know one thing for sure. Dictators never stop and pretending being blind will not help you to avoid troubles.

@BTyler808 If Russia was a good neighbour, Ukraine would have no need to turn their back on Russia.

@vonderek270 Don't even compare people of Afghanistan to Ukrainian fighters. It's not only about money. It's about will to fight for freedom.
2
@nuqwestr Ask former Warsaw pact countries which were forced to live under soviet commands for almost 50 years. They were more than happy to see USSR failure and many of them are Nato members now. They were free, they were not "sphere of influence" at last.
2
@vonderek270 People of Afghanistan did not want to fight for their freedom unlike people of Ukraine. Ukrainians are fighters and they know Russia better than some of you ever will.

@CockSmasher-xw4px Peopleof Ukraine are free peole. They are not sphere of influence, they are not Russia's backyard, they are not sphere of influence. Going West it's their choice for almost 20 years.
1
@vonderek270 They did not want to live in a democratic country. I don't give a damn about messed up Talibans and their fights in the name of who knows what.
1
@vonderek270 I am not even American but I am more than happy that my country is USA's ally. There is nothing worse than being forced to live under soviet/russian commands.
1
@vonderek270 If you live next door to Russia that is the way it is.
1
@vonderek270 If your country borders Russia you can become Russia's victim like Ukraine, Russia's puppet like Belarus or Nato member like Poland and soon Finland. There is no exeption in Europe.
1
Some did not want to die for Poland in 1939. They had to die for France, UK and USA in the end
1
@CockSmasher-xw4px But world's future wil be decided there.
1
@OzzyBloke USA did not bomb Ukraine. Russia did and Russia is world's biggest cancer which keeps invading neighbours
1
@OzzyBloke For a reason, not in the nape of dictator's ego!
1
@ebb_ People of Ukraine are free. They are not a buffer zone, they are not shere of influence. They want to go West because they are sick and tired of Russia for a reason. They fight for their freedom and they are ready die in order not to be Russia's slaves anymore. World did not care for oland in 1939 but pretending being blind never ends up well.
1
@SweBeach2023 Russia is expading West by attackig Ukraine Dictators never stop. So many former Warsaw pact countries which are now Nato members and Russia's neighbours at the same time have such experience with Russia
