  8.  @segovia5758  Russia simply loves annexing and Putin wants Ukraine as a part of Russia. Nato is an excuse. If Ukraine had been in Nato, he would have never started this war. Blaming Nato expansion is like blaming a victim for caling the police. Russia has nuke so who is Russia afraid of If Russia was a good neighbour, there would be no need to join Nato n order to be secured. What about security concerns of Poland or Baltic States? Russia has a long history of hurting them, not the opposite. Putin wants Ukraine's surrender. It is not "peace". Russia has a break and comes back to grab more. Russia is a bully, not a victim.
