If your country borders Russia you can be Russia's victm like Ukriane, Russia's puppet like Belarus or Nato member state like Poland. If Russia was a good neighbour there would be no need to join Nato. Dictators need excuses but we are done with Putin's paranoia. Russia is not a special need baby. Who did attack Georgia? Russia did. Who took Crimea? Russia did. So Russia should look in the morror and stop playing a victim card.
