@johnwater22 If Ukraine had failed in first 3 days of war. guys like Macron or Scholz could not care less. They would go back to bussines as usual with Russia. Baltic States and Poland joined Nato for a reason. Putin can not face article 5 of Nato an he knows it. Putin uses every stupid and predictable excuse possible to justify his greed ("protecting his people" like Hitler in Chechoslovakia in 1938 is one of them and Nato expansion is the other. It is like blaming a victim for calling the police).

He does not want Ukraine to exist. He wants to annex Ukraine and still some ignorant folks in Western Europe blame Nato expansion for War in Ukraine. I am tired of "understanding Russia" crap. Russia is not a special need baby to demand anything.
