I couldn't get over how the mother just stood at the door as the psycho woman walked in a crazy manner back towards the kid. I can however understand why people can be frustrated and annoyed by kids carelessly riding past pedestrians (particularly elderly); they can be quite hazardous. It may help to have a bell on the bicycle to alert people to their presence if they have to ride on the footpath (sidewalk). Nice houses. Just don't get me started on skateboards; I hate those things.
