I have no allegience to any political party, so when I hear the right wing side of the political discourse talk, it's just 'white noise' to me. Having said that, Albanese has to be about the worst Prime Minister we've had, isn't he? I thought Keating and Rudd were bad, but this guy is just a hollow, virtue signalling plonker. In fact, I think most of the bad ones have been Labour. Albanese will drop dead before giving up on this net zero planet extinction crap, and if he's still around, will certainly sign us up to the WHO 'Pandemic preparedness' treaty next year.

@sondradupree8709 I didn't mind her. She spoke quite eloquently and succinctly and answered questions she was asked. I don't recall much about her particular views on party policies but considering the toxic environment she worked under, I doubt if she had any real chance of success as a PM.

@evil17 I wouldn't argue with most of what you say, but I still feel a little defensive of Julia Gillard because a significant amount of her time was spent dealing with 'in-house' issues. I also think the simplistic "deficit/surplus" analysis is a flawed economic assessment of a country's prosperity and development. Australia was never in surplus during the Menzies years of which some would argue were the most progressive and prosperous.
