I live in Australia and I'm never too sure whether it's a weak government representing minorities or a government sensing the 'mood' of the majority. Some state government leaders and other sitting members were 'swept' back into power even after revealing their zeal for lockdowns and mandates during Covid which indicates some sort of collective insanity. Their attitude towards Israel now, is obviously the result of pressure (possibly threats) from the Muslim element which sits here and other places around the secular world.
