I thought all the diversity and inclusivity was suppose to fix all that. I guess having a track record over the last sixty years of involving Australian defence personnel in crap conflicts with little chance of any positive outcome removes incentive. People aren't so gullible now. I think there's been a decline in support for families too. I was brought up in a military family (UK). We had good married quarter housing, service run schools etc.
