  1. I don't object to someone who prefers to use cash or even has problems with electronic transfers but he's full of crap. It's not illegal to determine a particular method of payment and it's quite legal to refuse legal tender before providing goods or services. You are required to accept legal tender to reconcile a debt. So, if you have a meal at a restaurant and you've consumed it, you now owe the vender the money (effectively a debt) and can pay by any means. It should be noted that a cheque is not payment.
