It seems ironic that for some years now, we've joked about the fact that mothers of sixty or seventy years ago threatened their badly behaved children with the prospect of being sold to the gypsies. Maybe it could now be regarded as a child development tool.

It's a ridiculous notion that means of data collecting bear much resemblance to modern day technology, and even then we have to assume the methods are without error. These are fact that climate change zealots seem to abandon without question. I'm also intrigued to listen talk about icebergs melting and making water levels rise. There's some simple mathematic equations which confirm that if you melt an iceberg, it's volume decreases to the point where it's displacement is less and therefore the level of water goes down.

Looking at the thumbnail picture reminded me of the possible reason people think that about white people. Alf Garnet reckoned we'd have half an hour of extra daylight if it wasn't for black people absorbing the sunlight.

It's quite true that Muslims, Hindus and those from other religions always work together to resolve issues. One only has to look at the huge successes in Israel and Palestine along with the love and tolerance in Afghanistan. It's very important to take note of such books. I love to read the virtuous exploits of 'Billy the Kid' and 'Dick Turpin' in my Christmas annuals.

I remember being a Dalek and planning world domination so I sometimes wonder how I end up mowing the lawn.

Illegal immigration on this scale is a terminal cancer. It cannot be controlled or removed and will eventually take over and destroy the existing structure.
2
I don't think I'd be too far off the mark if I said this fellow was out to convince your viewers that you are racist. I think most of us would have already dismissed that analysis.
2
I think Bob's got a few problems.

@notanumber1311 If I understand you correctly, conservative governments are the reason people have no pride in their appearance when they're issued with a uniform?
2
@notanumber1311 OK.

While it's all very tempting to have a clean sweep and embrace a more authoritarian approach to government, we should be careful what we wish for before we dispense with traditional democratic processes. The Roman Catholic church has certainly demonstrated the capability to misuse it's power and influence. This is all very typical. A new kid in town with all the stirring words and everyone fawns over the promise of a new beginning. I for one hope she affects real changes in her own country and dispenses with the politically correct, woke gender bending crap and government control but let's not give her a gleaming suit of armour and a sword just yet.
2
I'm guessing they wouldn't like 'Day-O' (The Banana Boat Song) then?

Politicians in Britain have failed the British people to the point of being treasonable. To have allowed this to go on for so long is criminal. Off shore detention (with all it's potential human rights issues) is the best way to stop the influx. If they know they won't be put up in hotels, given free houses and other financial benefits they'll stop coming virtually straight away. One of the few things Australia got right.
2
While violent criminal activity goes unpunished, Belfield gets five and a half years for sending nasty emails or offends people on YouTube? There's justice for you.

Once they leave the borders or shores of a country obliged to provide refuge or process their requesr for asylum, they become illegal immigrants. There's a few options as to how they're managed. Staying in Britain is not one of them. Britain can still take it's share of legitimate refugees as per a UN agreed distribution process.
2
@ericatkinson9285 I wouldn’t even say "I love my people". Any sense of affection or loyalty is usually confined to those that you know.

Third grade graduates making the UK a third-world country.

Won't those Martians be offended at the green painted faces?

I got on a bus the other day and as I turned to walk towards the back of the bus I noticed that all the other passengers were staring at me.

To quote ex US Navy 'RIO' Ward Carroll, a case of "shooting the arrows, instead of the archer".
2
The problems with multiculturalism has been illustrated by the aftermath of Sir David Amess' murder. Owing to the fact that his killer was of Somali extraction, members of the Somali community have been subjected to harassment, violence and death threats. The key word is 'community'. Because the killer was a member of a 'community' they, by default, are assessed as sharing the blame. They are usually easily identifiable and targeted.

There appears to be archeological evidence that there were at least three species of humans; not just the Neanderthals and Homo Sapiens as previously thought.

I'd be interested to hear someone articulate exactly how their lives will change one way or the other. Despite the meritocratic nature of the Westminster system in Britain, it has been given a vasectomy at some point since Margaret Thatcher left. I live in Australia now but grew up in England in the fifties and sixties. Although at a young age I wasn't immersed in 'issues' I had a strong sense of the patriotic presence around me. The British police and military along with education were considered the standard by which others were judged. I'm wondering what's there now. I feel like I've abandoned a ship and I'm watching it sink. Unfortunately, my dinghy's got a hole in it.

It's funny how India, despite condemnation from western countries is unashamedly buying oil from Russia on the basis that their countrymen and women come first. I wonder when the British government are going to take that approach.
2
Time to start making Muslims feel uncomfortable. Make them all aware, that their attitude is not acceptable in Britain or any other secular country. If they want to follow Islamic practices, they need to go to an Islamic country.
2
@stephfoxwell4620 It seems things have changed anyway. I just had a look on Wikipedia and there's no mention of Indonesian languages. Mandarin appears to be the front runner now.
2
I for one, can assure little miss bitch face that the former Britain which she feels didn't exist, did actually exist because I was there!
2
I think there should be a closer look at school teachers and administrators who we entrust with children and who postulate this sort of thing.

I've been a follower (not a disciple) of Russell Brand for about twelve months now. Although his appearance and past 'antics' have not appealed to me, his view on the sort of topics he presents does somewhat resonate with me. He's occasionally quite funny in his delivery. I think it would be a bit naive of anyone to exclude the motivation of making money and considering social media channels as a business venture. Overall, I think Russell, and people like yourself, Niel Oliver, Richard Vobes, Dr. John Campbell, to name a few, provide an invaluable service in unveiling the truth behind the mainstream news.

How is using the word 'Nigger' when you're just talking about the word itself in any way offensive? When people use the expression "The 'N' word, that's just plain stupid. Why do we capitulate to such rubbish? I wouldn't dream of using the expression in reference to anyone, but when you're discussing it's past use it's perfectly legitimate to say the word. My mother was in the Royal Air Force during WW2 and was on the same base that the famous 'Dam Buster' squadron (617 Squadron) initially formed up prior to the raid over Germany. In the classic film 'The Dam Busters' which depicted the event, the leader of the squadron 'Guy Gibson' (played by Richard Todd) had a dog called 'Nigger'. I watched the film on free to air television a few months ago and his name was mentioned several times without editing.

I'm looking forward to seeing the film 'Shaka Zulu' starring Julian Clary as the Zulu king Shaka.

I was very lucky because I failed my eleven plus in 1960 and went to a brand new (only opened one year prior) secondary modern school. It was very well equipped and (for the most part) had excellent teachers. The school also still supported a boxing team which for me made the experience of school bearable. I still didn't excel academically, although at least I managed to achieve some degree of success with five 'O' levels. Grammar school would have been a disaster for me.

I fear it may go the other way. It's a tactic of tyrants that let people get use to being controlled by losing liberties. It think many would be surprised how easily (often willingly) people will slide into slavery. I live in Queensland, Australia and because I'm not vaccinated, all my social and recreational freedoms have been removed including the ability to visit someone in hospital or age care facility. The government is now about to change the 'fully vaccinated' status required for a normal life, to include a third (booster) jab.

@daveglynn748 I knew it was Charlie's video; I follow his channel, but couldn't remember exactly where it was.
2
They talk about "white privilege", and I'm sure that just being black can be the reason for lack of opportunities in a predominantly white society. Then again their seems to be some very privileged black people who become a protected species.
2
If the institution of fatherhood is so weak as to be destroyed by the likes of feminine activists, then one could say it's not worth having! I can remember a little friend of my youngest daughter playing around our house one day. This little girl had four or five siblings, all from different fathers. She observed that I was reading a book and commented that she thought that only women read books.
2
I wonder if they'll float like a butterfly and sting like a bee?

It's quite right he should be banned. Anyone sitting down to an English breakfast in London is not to be trusted. Overtly express your loyalty to a terrorist organisation, advocate the annihilation of the Jewish people and drape foreign flags over British monuments and the police will shake your hand.

You're correct in your reference to the aerofoil section of a helicopter's rotor blade for 'efficient flight' but ignored the fact that the basic principle of lift is simply a result of an 'inclined plane', so you don't actually need an aerofoil to maintain flight. You may notice some aircraft can actually fly upside down (reversing the aerofoil effect). So Dawkins isn't completely wrong. I must admit though, although I generally support his 'pursuit' of religious fantasy, I found his book 'The God Delusion' rather heavy going and sometimes a bit hard to follow, ironically when he once again referred to the assembly of a Boeing 747 (I think it was).

British Brexit Confusion If you have water in a pipe and the water freezes, it (potentially) bursts the pipe because it expands. It's therefore only rational that when it returns to a liquid state, it shrinks. This is an extract from Wikipedia on ice. "When water freezes, it increases in volume (about 9% for fresh water).[11] The effect of expansion during freezing can be dramatic, and ice expansion is a basic cause of freeze-thaw weathering of rock in nature and damage to building foundations and roadways from frost heaving. It is also a common cause of the flooding of houses when water pipes burst due to the pressure of expanding water when it freezes".

It's because the racist, white privileged British person can't be trusted with the news. You just ask Akeem and Abdul.

Pizzas?? I wouldn't be giving them pizzas. Just a basic stew with vegetables and a piece of fruit should suffice with some occasional supplementary foodstuffs to ensure mineral and vitamin requirements. If that's not good enough, a lift to the beach and they can swim to France.
2
In those days, the thought of using a knife as a weapon was about as far removed as using it as a piece of earth moving equipment.
2
I've noticed in Australia teenagers like to adopt an 'ethnic' way of speaking that seems to suggest they've just got off the boat from Athens. Some may have inherited the accent from their parents at a very young age. I can remember going to a house where a young lady who had emigrated from Liverpool and who's little boy of about three or four had a distinct 'Liverpudlian' accent.

@thomasrobert4654 I've got a whole family of toads who reveal themselves in large numbers particularly on warm wet nights. I also have regular visitations from various birds including Lorikeets, Corellas, Galahs, Doves, Crested pigeons, Peewits, Wagtails, Honey birds, Sparrows and the occasional Ibis. Growing fruit can be a difficult thing in Queensland without a lot of pest control. I grew a nice tomato vine at one stage which eventually succumbed to one sort of grub or another. A friend who lives not far from us has some residential koalas and possums which in turn attract rather large snakes.

They may as well have Stanley Unwin (if he was still alive) reading the news too.

I'm pleased to say that my father was a Royal Air Force Air Traffic Controller for over twenty five years. However I'm not totally convinced about the validity of the test with geometric figures. I knew a fellow who was highly intelligent; literally got 100% results (and I'm not kidding) in mathematics tests, went on to university and had a career as a teacher. However, in an engineering drawing class, he could not understand that if you looked at a disc (say a coin) face on and tilted it away from you (or towards you, (it doesn't matter) that the vertical height decreases. So if you did a drawing from that perspective you would have an ellipse. He was actually convinced it appeared to get taller! I'd be interested in how the Welsh did in the tests. Just asking for a friend.
2
The amazing thing (maybe not so much) is that people give money to this sort of crap.
2
Maybe they need to invent something to protect the solar panels from the sun.

Many years ago, I worked as an operations manager overseeing a team involved in the cleansing operations within the Brisbane City Council in Australia. One day, I received an invoice which had been passed on to me by our accounts department for me to authorise payment. It was for a drum of oil. We had no requirement to purchase oil at any stage. I simply sent the invoice back to our accounts department with a note requesting they contact the source of the invoice and establish the actual purchaser. About two months later, the same invoice arrived on my desk!
