  1. Many years ago I was employed as a cleaner in an open air city mall. There was always evidence of anti-social behaviour and disrespect directed at cleaners sweeping up rubbish and emptying bins. At a later stage, I was reassigned to the mall in the Chinatown area. A completely different 'kettle of fish'. Nothing but courtesy, respect, and pleasantries.
