  1. Once they leave the borders or shores of a country obliged to provide refuge or process their requesr for asylum, they become illegal immigrants. There's a few options as to how they're managed. Staying in Britain is not one of them. Britain can still take it's share of legitimate refugees as per a UN agreed distribution process.
