  1. How is that even possible? I imagine the entertainment industry have some discriminatory latitude to provide a degree of realism in many productions. My favourite film is 'Zulu' so I would expect the film makers to recruit people who look the part for the role of Zulus. For off-screen jobs, the criteria for selection shouldn't include race or skin colour. Surprised it's even legal.
