  1. Under normal circumstances, I wouldn't care if a man wanted to wear women's clothes or wanted to marry a goat because it's none of my business and of no concern. If I'm having direct contact with medical personnel who are men wearing dresses, I wouldn't be able to silence that little voice in my head that screamed 'freak'. I know that gender can be an ill fitting garment for some, but when it comes to surgery I would prefer everyone to focus solely on the job at hand.

  2.  @sh-hg4eg  It’s sometimes hard to know where to draw the line. One of the observations I've made about society adopting the infinite tolerance is that not only don't they receive any gratitude but often faced with a demand for more.
