  1. I think most of us have realised for some time, that the way western films depict things are far from reality. For the most part, that seems to have come to an end, simply because various groups; indigenous native Americans in particular, have objected to the portrayal of their ancestors being a hoard of whooping, scalping feathered savages battling the good guys in the white hats. After all that, why would someone deliberately start up another inaccurate version of events when we've all been awakened to the truth? Do we now have another, new truth?
