  1. No doubt she has an above average degree of intelligence and demonstrated academic ability. The problem is that none of it shows. She talks as though she's discovering each word of the English language as she speaks, and doesn't seem to have a grasp of the issues she's talking about. If you're a public figure, then you are subject to people's assessment based on you're presentation. She fails miserably. Probably about the worst I've seen.
