Comments by "JamesT" (@Parawingdelta2) on "violent rioters and incitement" video.
People are being arrested for posts on social media which simply express an opinion. Who's deciding it's inciting anything? It seems that 'blasphemy laws' are effectively in place in the UK where one is forbidden to criticise Islam?

@honberg193 The problem lies with providing governments the provision to decide who is considered guilty of "encitement" and what is it being said that falls into that category. I heard some spokesman the other day mentioning something that "causes offence." There's been plenty of what I would call "incitement" over the last year (nearly) prior to the recent events, and the police just watch. I've mentioned it before insofar as when governments ignore issues of great concern to many people, and the average person can't or won't do anything, then the undesirable element will. Take a seat, my friend; the show's begun.

@user-hd8fj2mb5p Naturally, encouraging criminal activity isn't just an opinion, and it's interesting that you choose to interpret my comment in that way (because I didn't say it), which sort of illustrates my point where 'interpretation' overrides the reality. Whilst I'm fully aware that blasphemy laws don't exist, there have been a number of cases where comments vilifying Islam have been interpreted as "hate speech." Try standing in the street with a ant-Islam sign and see how long it takes for you to be arrested. Anyway, if your happy with everything that's all that counts.
