  1. I'm wondering how long this is going to obsess people to the point of losing sight of the remaining problem. At this stage it's just a couple of guys having a disagreement on an important issue. Doesn't that go on in politics everywhere? Can we possibly move on? I think the effrontery may have also partly lay in the fact that Zelenskyy assumed he was going to Washington to secure continued funding without any thought to negotiating a peace. As far as I can tell it was just a case of him telling Trump what he wasn't going to agree to. I mean was he armed with any counter proposal which may have been remotely acceptable? Maybe he is out of cards after all!
