  1. It's a huge chasm between when we weren't allowed to use 'Biros' for fear of corrupting our calligraphy skills and the issues of today. I would fully endorse embracing whatever technology has to offer to enhance learning, but I'm wondering if certain basic skills are being lost in the process. I think there needs to be some real control measures brought into play to ensure that mobile phones are not used as 'play things' under the guise of an educational tool.
