If there is conscription for Britain to fight Russia (presumably in Ukraine) then those who were marching up and down the streets of Britain waving Ukranian flags will have no problem signing up. I assume that Muslims, illegal immigrants or the Hamas supporters would be exempt from being called to arms. Did he say 34,000 people in the British Army? So about 10% of the number of people shouting "From the river to the sea" in London a few weeks ago! Do these people think a nuclear war is winnable?
