  1. I stopped reading newspapers about twenty-five years ago. I stopped habitually watching the broadcasted news about ten years ago. Six or seven years ago, I rejected the news entirely. Oddly enough, for some reason, I don't seem to be ill-informed when I mix in social circles. In fact, I would say, quite the reverse. Funny that!

  2. When I express my views about Covid, Brexit, and other issues I find myself in disagreement with virtually all my friends and family; many of whom could lay claim to being more educated and intelligent than I. I find great solace in knowing that Neil Oliver is there.

  4. It's fairly clear that the British government have no intention of dealing with the issue. Even if they send a few illegal immigrants to Rwanda, you can bet your bottom dollar the Rwandan government will want to send twice as many of their lot to the UK!
