  1. I live in Brisbane and for a 'bare bones' apartment (no furniture, TV, fridge, washing machine, etc,) you'd probably be paying double that price for something a bit bigger, so it's good economical living for one or two people who don't need a lot of space. Was there somewhere to hang washing?
