I agree his story is a sad one. But to say that we would have succeeded greater...I don't think so. We live in an incredble country and we hae the white man to thank for it. I would name all the inventions that white men created by there is not enough time in this or any other day. I praise the imperfect white man for the many things that he gave us. Blacks can now contribute so where are the great things they have invented ? (Yawn)

A.J Vycious First of all unlike you, I don't hate any race, creed or nationality of people. Secondly, you made a claim that I want you to back up. You said, "most of your great white inventors were thieves who stole the inventions of black men." Give me examples of this as I believe it is incorrect. Finally, there is no perfect race, not white, black, red, yellow or any other. Do not steal from the white man what is his. That is a great society built and the most successful economy known to mankind. More people have been helped by white men than any other--Drop the hate my friend.

A Immortals, you are just a tad unbalanced and I am sure you have heard that before. Again, white men are responible for most of the great inventions and progress throughout the years. Black men enlsaved black men in Africa for hundreds of years before whites arrived to enslave them. Of course it was wrong....but don't take away the great achievments of the white man for that one sin. As i said black men were also responible for slavery in their continent...are they "Evil" too? Now go take your meds you will feel better.

a....you have taken my post out of context. We all need to praise the white man for what he did for civilization while at the same time we can certainly say he was not perfect. But what race is perfect? Blacks enslaved blacks in Africa long before the white man arrived. Indians did the same thing after defeating another tribe and killing women and children-they enslaved the defeated. We can also go back to the many wars fought and won by China and they enslaved their defeated opponents...the world wide list is virtually list is virtually endless.. If you are going to castigate the white man for his sins then you can continue on and chastise each and every race known to mankind throughout the world. Drop the single minded view of history if you are as educated as i think you are then you know you are wrong on this point.

Young Moon You forget that there are more white people in America than black people. Black people represent about 13% of the population. Therefore, it seems fitting under your logic that the President should be white. It's funny when the political correctness backfires.
