  3. We can see by his Tweets he can't spell. When he speaks it is a ramble and repetitive. Very simplistic terminology. He cannot pronounce words correctly. These are signs he does not read. A person who does not read basically can't read. Didn't they teach that to you in Grade2? His level of comprehension would be just as LOW too.
