  1. Made in the U.S. from global ingredients tells me it comes from every-where. However you are comparing apples and oranges when you are comparing different chemicals . One said alkyd enamel. Others do not say what they are for a chemical paint. I use tar. or undercoating. Making sure it is NOT LATEX(waterbased paint). -the logic to apply a waterbased paint to metal escapes me. Is not TREMCLAD sold in the U.S.? That is the go to rust paint that is NOT WATER BASED.
