  1. HHO or when written in Chemistry H2O aka water. What is missing is the OH(alcohol) or HOOH(aka ethanol) Why not try a tank of compressed H2 gas instead of the mickey mouse toy? See if adding additional Hydrogen is better than compressed Oxygen gas. Pure Hydrogen does not burn. Oxygen does, so you need a welding torch tip with spark arrestor built in so does not ignite the tank and TEST IT. It can be done. Then this insanity can be put to bed.
