  1. Drugs like opiods is made by big PHARMA. The average citizen sponsored the development of the pain killer AND people pay for it after they made it. Not from Mexico or China. In their garage(there is a chemist that is making it into a street drug. . Marijuana, every one knew how to grow it. It ain't the problem. It could not be taxed.(there is the problem) Alcohol is a drug. Government TAXES that. Tobacco is a drug & government TAXES that. If there are scientists out there to figure out how to change the emissions from coal burning to be less harmful, then those towns would spring to life. The industry would spring to life again.
