Rice is grown under water. So floods do not affect them at all. There is no problem I am aware of in that area...besides N.Korea get less help and have to grow their own crops is an idea.

@jonny87kz Biden is well aware of the nuclear capability of Russia. They are all aimed at the U.S. So he is supplying a limited amount of arms to Ukraine(just to watch the Russian reaction) [ in a nuclear war no one wins] & by using non nuclear arms he is hoping that Russia realizes a nuke war is not good for the planet. So Russia will put up with the small arms without going Nuke nuts. So Ukraine has to get inventive if they want to reach farther. UKRAINE is still short on GUNS & AMMO for all its men. That means all the donations received up to now STILL is not enough to ARM each man adequately. There are a lot of Ukrainians. I am amazed too. That the delivery is so slow. My pizza is getting cold. I was under the impression that NATO could not aid Ukraine. Somehow they are fudging on the rules; slipping in a bit here or there which does not anger the Kremlin Goblin. . Russia is fighting the way it always has fought, using meat waves until the other side is out of bullets. It seems to be their only tactic.
